•New Years Day Row, open to all members, 7am January 1. Celebrate your new Masters age!
•Normal weekend schedule December 30 and 31.
•Beginning January 1, you can pay 2018 lump sum club dues online. Monthly contract members, wait for an email w/ instructions on how to renew.
•USRowing has changed the individual membership. Good news is that the new options should be cheaper for most members. We will send a separate email w instructions regarding this change.
•All 2018 events are on our club sign up sheet. It’s a dynamic document, so check back frequently. Sign up now for the XC ski outing, Sat. Jan 20!
•We are teaching beginning learn to erg classes in January and February. 6 lessons, plus a discount for on the water classes in April. Register now.
•Deirdre O’Brien is hosting a table at the Pocock Foundation’s 10th Annual Row to the Future benefit breakfast. Check here for details.
•The 2018 Coached Rowing Schedule was adopted by the Board at their December meeting. It seeks to balance equipment use, launches, and coaching resources. Members will not need to choose between sweep and sculling. Questions?, contact Peter. Coaches will review group placement and talk w/ any rowers who are unclear about which group they should be in.
