Sunday sculling is cancelled this weekend, as most of the boats, scullers and coaches will be at the Head of the Dog regatta in Multnomah Channel near the Sauvie Island bridge. It’s a costume regatta–and Brad is planning to bring his camera. Watch Facebook.
