June News–Coaching Interns wanted, regattas, volunteering

All the signs of summer are here.  Rose Festival, end of school and 5am sunrises!

A few announcements–

Intern Coaches–once again we are seeking intern coaches from the membership or friends of the club.  Intern coaches are PAID to work with our coaching staff on a set schedule for learn to row or with other programs.  It’s a great way to ease into coaching and make a bit of money at the same time!  If you are interested, contact Peter.

Summer Work Party–Saturday June 18, 9am-11am.

•There will be NO dock closure this summer.   But maybe next summer. . . . . .

Friday 7am open rows have started!  Leslie coaches this group and it’s a great way to get in an extra workout or try out some sculling.   Boat arrangements are based on numbers, but Leslie will try to accommodate your interests.
