Sculling Day & Picnic Row Clarification

We have had some reports that more than a few people are confused about the Sculling Day and the Picnic Row.

Sculling Day is Sunday June 4th, and while people may be picnicking, it’s not the Picnic Row.

Sculling Day is held at Vancouver Lake, and is a chance for people to try out a 1x in calm conditions (try some flip recoveries!), as well as a chance to practice on the buoyed course.

The Picnic Row this year will be on Sunday, August 27th. In the Picnic Row we row upriver to George Rogers Park in Lake Oswego, and have a brunch picnic.
