Thank you to those of you who came this morning to Moving Day! Your hard work is so, so appreciated.
Update:
Our dock has officially been removed and the contractors are well on their way to putting it in at the new site. The gangway is installed, and the anchors are going into the water as we speak. It looks as if the dock will very likely be done Thursday during the day.
Tomorrow (Thursday):
No row tomorrow. Rigging party at 5:30am — report directly to the new site!
Please wear close-toed shoes, and bring your headlamps and flashlights! It will be dark until about 6:15.
Friday:
Friday practice is very likely to be on the water. Friday rowers should plan to show up at 5am at the boathouse as usual, where coaches will make lineups. Then, coaches will drive launches from the fire dock to our new dock, while rowers jog/bike/carpool to the new site and get hands on.
