The final sprint race of 2016 for most members is the annual Green Lake Summer Extravaganza. Thirty-five club members ventured north on August 6 through the notorious Seattle traffic for this regatta. It’s a casual race, and many events are populated by rowers with less than two years of experience. Bonus: good weather to go with good racing!
